An anniversary is a good occasion to look back on what we have done. What a pleasure it is to work at AIPC with everyone so driven and dedicated, Warm wishes to my Fellows, leaders and team on our 4th anniversary.
The last year with Covid-19 has been a tough road with much unfamiliar terrain, not only for our country but also for the world. The pandemic has become not only a challenge to health care and economies, it has also become a test for social solidarity. At AIPC, the safety, health, and well-being of our citizens remained our priority. There’s no dearth of bad news when it comes to Covid-19. It has impacted our ability to be productive and engaged in our work.
But we all should always remember that we may not always be able to solve all the problems all at once. But we should never underestimate the impact we have made and we can make.
At Jaipur, apart from food, medical help and emergency assistance, we installed an oxygen plant and second oxygen plant will also be installed soon, got 5000 citizens vaccinated through 10 vaccination camps and many more are coming up. Together, we all are fighting this battle very bravely. I once again wish our fellows and Leadership happiness and many more years of success. Happy 4th Anniversary.
Rajiv Arora (Regional Coordinator, West Zone, AIPC)
On the occasion of the 4th Anniversary of AIPC, I would like to convey my sincere greetings and acknowledgement to the entire family, team & Fellows from various states’, districts’ & cities’ Chapters.
AIPC was formed because all of us were unhappy & distressed with how things were being done by Modi government, how our hard work, skills & positive thinking were being impaired or ignored!
Each fellow in AIPC is an invaluable asset & possess the commitment, drive, dedication, and more importantly, endorses the Congress ideology.
It has been a challenging journey for us but one that we have successfully undertaken and still requires our purest form of dedication and determination in the next 2-3 years.
Please know that this accomplishment will be only significant or meaningful if we together defeat the authoritarian forces & bring Congress into power.
Lastly I am happy to have played a small role in it with the responsibility assigned to me. JaiHind!
Rukshmani Kumari (President, AIPC Rajasthan)
Joining AIPC has been a blessing for me. After completing my expatriation assignment abroad, I came back to India and was looking for opportunities to contribute to the development of my state, West Bengal, and the country. AIPC offered me the perfect platform. Here I can use my professional experience of building organizations, I can engage and interact with top professionals, I am proud to be actively involved with the team that produced a Bengal Roadmap document and the Congress manifesto for the assembly elections.
The journey till now has been very encouraging. I believe that we can contribute more. All of us should work together to make AIPC and Congress party stronger so that we can participate in Nation building. On this occasion of fourth anniversary of AIPC, I take this opportunity to congratulate all our Fellows and Leaders. Let AIPC help in bringing the change that people want to see in politics. Jai Hind!
Chandan Ghosh (President, AIPC West Bengal)
Dear AIPC Fellows,
Congratulations on our fourth anniversary. Welcome in Professionals' Congress. As we are celebrating our fourth anniversary, let us remind ourselves why AIPC was being formed. AIPCs' formation was the beginning of the new era of Indian politics when the finest brain of the society were invited to contribute and design the future of India and Indian politics. Professionals from long, long time were reluctant to join politics because of several reasons and that made the nation suffer. Congress party acknowledged the importance of professionals in politics and AIPC was born. Some of us are fortunate that we are the founder members of this initiative and we all have evolved with the evolution of AIPC.
Thousands of new members are joining every day and the AIPC family is growing.
Most new Fellows perhaps think, “Why AIPC? What is the need and role of AIPC?
What role should or will an AIPCian play?”
My answer to this is that AIPCians task is to connect professionals to politics, to convince them that by not getting involved they are harming the nation as India needs their ideas, as they are the best brains India has, to convey to them not to accept things as they are, if they are not convinced with the present system than they must join AIPC, get involved with the Chapters, brainstorm, pen down the conclusions and share it with the state and national leadership and we will do our level best to bring it to the notice of the government. Use social media to raise their concern,
We as AIPC Fellows have to change the attitude of Professionals who think:
Politics is not my cup of tea,
We have to make them realise
US has done it and other developed Nations are doing it. Professionals are joining politics.
We will give a better India to our coming generations.
Today you may not be able to see very clearly what your future is in politics because being professionals we want output for every input.
AIPC will bring change.
Vijay Prithvi Dhillon (President, AIPC Haryana)
Heartiest congratulations to AIPC on the completion of 4 glorious years! I have been associated with WB Chapter for the past year. At the very onset, I was impressed to see the structural framework of the organization reflecting the rich legacy of the parent party and with a long-term, futuristic outlook.
Some of the interesting projects I had the opportunity to contribute to are the Bengal Roadmap, which finally gave shape to the Manifesto, the Election War Room especially, the last three phases which had to be managed remotely in a dispersed setup, and the SWOT exercise leading to the first version of a structured Induction Program. The Covid-19 Vaccination drive from WBPCC was another opportunity to link up with all the frontal organizations.
Looking back, I am glad that I had the opportunity to join AIPC. In many ways, it has established a stronger connect with the parent party and made me a familiar face at Bidhan Bhavan, Kolkata. Indeed, it has changed my life in significant ways and I am grateful for the proud privilege.

Everybody views the world from his own angle. Professionals from all spheres know the world from their angle in better ways than others. They think and work in their own limited world and often are not able to contribute to the society in a big manner. If they become important in social transformation, every angle will be addressed by the right person who is actually qualified and experienced in the subject. When their understanding supports and enriches the politicians’ understanding, the chemistry should really work towards perfection. With that view point we made AIPC four years back and have done really well in these four years in inching towards the goal. We pledge on this fourth anniversary of our foundation day that we will pursue our goal with full energy to make India and the world a better place.
